This is a unique collaboration with my partner Tamara Segal of HAWTHORN HERBALS and held at our farm in Prince Edward County ON.
She will give a tour of some of the wild edible and medicinal plants growing in our beautiful region.
Following this, guests will join us for a gourmet five-course plant based tasting menu prepared by me, and served in our herb building and dining room.
Guests are welcome to bring their own wine (glassware provided). Sparkling water and herbal tea will be served as well.
Space is limited so early booking is encouraged. There are three dates available for booking.
